About Dr. Kristen Nelson
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Kristen Nelson brings her passion for chiropractic care and whole-body wellness to the heart of historic downtown Daytona Beach. With a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal and a commitment to personalized, compassionate care, Dr. Kristen is honored to walk alongside her patients on their journey to better health.
Her own life was transformed by chiropractic care, inspiring her to pursue a career where she could help others take control of their health in natural, empowering ways. After earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, she began working with patients of all ages, from infants to active adults, offering customized care rooted in both science and intuition.
Dr. Kristen is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy and in craniosacral therapy, allowing her to provide specialized care for expecting mothers, postpartum recovery, and even newborns. Her services include chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy (CST), instrument-assisted soft tissue work (IASTM), cold laser therapy, cupping, electric muscle stimulation, and more. She’s passionate about helping families and individuals who are seeking a personalized, wellness-centered approach.
Her treatments go beyond a quick adjustment, each visit is tailored to the individual and designed to be an experience that restores balance, relieves tension, and supports long-term healing.
Outside the office, you can find Dr. Kristen rollerblading by the beach, dancing, doing Pilates, or exploring new ways to move and stay vibrant with her family. She brings that same joy and energy into her practice every day, helping her patients feel stronger, freer, and more connected to their bodies.

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and adjustment aiming to reduce sacral and sacroiliac dysfunction, improving pelvic neuro-biomechanical function.
Sacral dysfunction may contribute to difficult labor for the mother caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic contraction, and baby mal-presentation. Correction of sacral dysfunction may have a positive effect on all of these factors.
