About My Story Dr. Kristen Nelson received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. She graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Public Health. In practice, Dr. Kristen likes to utilize a variety of techniques and therapies to meet the specific needs of each patient. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, she also uses other tools and therapies such as Cold Laser, Arthro-Stim adjuster, Activator, Hypervolt, and Adhesion Breaker Tools. She has received advanced training to work with pregnant women and is certified in the Webster Technique. She also continues to complete additional coursework in Endocrinology, Cold Laser Therapy / Photobiomodulation, Functional Medicine, Perinatal and Pediatric care, and Pelvic Health to better serve her patients. She is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and the Florida Chiropractic Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
